ELIGIBILITY
1. This contest is open to all Filipino members of Tara Na Sa Malaysia Facebook Group Members and must be currently residing in the Philippines.

RAFFLE MECHANICS
1. Contestants must first have the Petronas Twin Towers in their current profile picture. Contestants may choose to have an authentic photo of themselves with the Petronas Twin Towers at the background OR they may save and use the current Tara Na Sa Malaysia! Petronas Twin Towers current profile picture.
For contestants who want to use their own photo, image must include their real face and contestant must have the right to distribute the photo. Photo must not be offensive and does not violate Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities (http://www.facebook.com/terms.php)
Should contestant use a photo that does not meet the above requirements, he/she will be disqualified.
2. Contestants must retain their profile picture for the whole duration of the contest (until December 6, 2009) to qualify for the succeeding weekly raffles. If contestant is eligible for the grand draw, profile picture must be retained until December 9, 2009. Otherwise, contestant will be disqualified.
3. To signify intent of joining, contestant must post “TARA NA SA MALAYSIA!” to this discussion topic.
4. Only one entry per contestant.
5. Every week, two (2) winners will be chosen randomly from the list of eligible contestants. From the eight (8) winners from the weekly raffle draw, one will be chosen randomly to win the Grand Prize. There will be four weekly raffle draws and 1 grand draw:
November 16, 2009 : Entries from Nov 9 – 15, 2009 are valid
November 23, 2009 : Entries from Nov 9 – 22, 2009 are valid
November 30, 2009 : Entries from Nov 9 – 29, 2009 are valid
December 7, 2009 : Entries from Nov 9 - December 6, 2009 are valid
December 9, 2009 : Grand Draw (only the 8 winners from weekly raffle are qualified)

6. The raffle contest will run from November 9 - December 6, 2009. Contestants may join anytime within the contest duration but will only be considered for raffle draws after their joining date. Contestants who do not get chosen for the first weekly raffle are still qualified to join the succeeding weekly raffles. Only the 8 winners from the weekly raffle draws are qualified to join the Grand Draw.
7. Weekly winners may only be selected once.
8. Tourism Malaysia will be doing spot-checking of profile pictures over the duration of the contest. Should a contestant (including weekly winners) be spotted not using the correct photo, Tourism Malaysia has the right to disqualify contestant.


PRIZES
a. Weekly winners will receive Tourism Malaysia goodie bags and will also have a chance to be included in the raffle for the grand prize to be drawn on December 9, 2009. Therefore, there will be 8 contestants who will qualify to win the Grand Prize. To stay qualified for the Grand Prize Raffle, weekly winners must retain their profile picture until December 9, 2009.
b. One (1) Malaysia Airlines ASEAN Pass will be given to the Grand Prize Raffle Winner. For more information about the Malaysia Airlines ASEAN Pass, please visit http://www.malaysiaairlines.com/ASEANPass/
c. Winners will be notified by Tourism Malaysia via the Tara Na Sa Malaysia! Wall, Facebook Message and/or Email, so contestants are advised to check their Facebook accounts and your emails regularly.
d. Taxes, surcharges, and other fees must be borne by the winner.
e. In case of a dispute, the decision of Tourism Malaysia management shall be deemed final.

Winner must present valid identification and proof of residence (e.g. passport, driver’s license, SSS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID). Prizes not claimed within 30 days of announcement of winners will be forfeited. Please be informed that for Philippine residents, a valid passport with 6 months validity on the date of travel is required in traveling to Malaysia.
g. Prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash or another item.
